Description

Lead the production operation for the Starlink Standard Kit assembly line. You will own recruitment, process improvements, and personnel matters while establishing operational standards. Partner with engineering teams to optimize production and transition a startup environment into a disciplined organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline OR 4+ years of professional leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years of production operations or process development experience
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of supervisors, technicians, and production associates on a multi-shift schedule
• Ensure a strong focus on safety and maintain an excellent safety record
• Identify and recruit leadership and individual contributor talent
• Develop onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance team capability
• Establish operational standards, champion continuous improvement, and ensure root cause analysis for quality issues
