You'll define the vision for Coupa's most strategic AI-led engagements, partnering with C-suite stakeholders to transform procurement and finance from manual to Agentic-led orchestration. You'll lead workshops to map high-impact workflows and create the strategic blueprint for deployment. This role offers the chance to shape cutting-edge Agentic AI transformations at a global company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead workshops to deconstruct legacy procurement workflows for AI opportunity mapping.
• Define future-state KPIs aligned with board-level goals for AI transformation.
• Conduct maturity audits across culture, data, and process readiness.
• Advise on workforce shifts and creation of AI Centers of Excellence.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience leading large-scale digital transformation at enterprise level.
• Deep understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI landscape (LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents).
• Professional fluency in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Executive presence to secure C-Suite buy-in on AI vision.
