Description

You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide commercial legal support for a high-volume SaaS organization. You'll negotiate SMB and mid-market deals, guide product development initiatives, and help shape approaches to emerging technologies including AI.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership
• Experience in commercial legal support for a SaaS organization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and business mindset

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on commercial legal matters for Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales Operations
• Negotiate and close SMB and mid-market SaaS deals
• Guide product development initiatives with legal perspective
• Shape approach to emerging technologies including AI
• Manage legal issues across multiple jurisdictions
