Description

You will help train large language models by challenging them on Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, and pragmatics. Your work involves conversing with the model, verifying accuracy, and documenting errors to improve model performance.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or related field
• Deep knowledge of Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or linguistic analysis projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Converse with the AI model on Finnish language scenarios
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
