💼 About This Role

You'll drive post-sale strategy for enterprise accounts at Postman, the leading API platform. You'll co-create Joint Success Plans, deliver enablement programs, and identify expansion opportunities to deliver customer outcomes. This role is key to scaling our UK business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with customers to outline and execute Joint Success Plans
  • Deliver workshops and training to accelerate Time-to-Value
  • Review customer data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Capture success metrics and communicate value to stakeholders

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success managing large enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to develop account plans aligning customer and company goals
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholder management
  • Outstanding communication skills for building relationships
