💼 About This Role

You'll oversee product quality for complex electro-mechanical assemblies at a high-growth defense tech company. Your work ensures alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements while driving data-driven decision making and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain quality processes compliant with AS9100 and QMS
• Lead non-conformance investigations, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
• Manage field quality issues and drive closure of corrective actions
• Support internal and external audits and inspections

📋 Requirements

• BS degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of quality, manufacturing, or engineering experience in aerospace/defense or regulated industries
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances and complex electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience managing nonconformances (MRB) and driving corrective actions

✨ Nice to Have

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Oracle ERP and QMS software implementation
• Knowledge of IPC and MIL-STD specifications
