💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team at a pop culture retail store to create the best customer experience. You'll help train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and drive add-on sales.
• Open and close the store, including register closeout.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Support stock room organization and store cleanliness.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of music and pop culture.
