💼 About This Role

You'll be the first dedicated developer advocate, shaping how developers discover and build with Adaption. You'll own the end-to-end developer experience, from API docs to reference implementations, and drive community growth through technical content. This role offers outsized influence in a high-talent-density team building real-time adaptive AI.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship proof-of-concept integrations and sample apps
• Own end-to-end developer documentation from API refs to guides
• Run rapid experiments to discover what resonates with developers
• Identify friction in developer journey and partner to remove it

📋 Requirements

• 2–3+ years in Developer Relations or similar role
• Strong AI fundamentals and hands-on API/framework experience
• Portfolio of technical content (blog posts, talks, open source)
• Proficiency in Python and production-quality code
