🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end production workflow for UGC campaigns
- Source and maintain creator network to ensure reliable delivery
- Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye for performance
- Refine modular ad structures for hooks, bodies, and CTAs
📋 Requirements
- Operational ownership to create systems from messy workflows
- TikTok fluency understanding platform-specific performance
- High agency to solve problems without waiting for permission
- Direct communication for critical feedback to creators
