🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end production workflow for UGC campaigns
  • Source and maintain creator network to ensure reliable delivery
  • Review raw footage with a TikTok-native eye for performance
  • Refine modular ad structures for hooks, bodies, and CTAs

📋 Requirements

  • Operational ownership to create systems from messy workflows
  • TikTok fluency understanding platform-specific performance
  • High agency to solve problems without waiting for permission
  • Direct communication for critical feedback to creators
