You'll be the face of our FINN Station in Berlin, ensuring a seamless vehicle handover and return experience. You'll collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Logistics to constantly improve the guest journey.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver a warm and professional guest experience from greeting to farewell.
• Guide customers through vehicle handover and return processes.
• Coordinate deliveries, vehicles, and daily schedules.
• Solve on-site problems quickly and pragmatically.
• Contribute observations to improve station operations.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a service-oriented environment (e.g., hotel, restaurant, airline, rental car).
• Friendly, communicative, and calm under pressure.
• Driver's license Class B required.
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2).
