🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of commercial lenders.
• Monitor and manage large and complex credits.
• Manage income and expense budgets for the center.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8 or more years of experience in commercial lending in the local market.
• 6 or more years of supervisory or management experience.

• Excellent credit skills to structure complex loans.
