💼 About This Role

You'll lead the architecture and development of advanced AI systems using LLMs, multi-agent architectures, and RAG pipelines, driving AI strategy and platform capabilities at Juniper Square. You'll mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI features that unlock private market potential.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement multi-agent systems with orchestration and tool interaction
• Build scalable RAG architectures using vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Lead development of AI features using LLM APIs or self-hosted models
• Implement and maintain agent evaluation frameworks for quality and reliability

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering with strong backend architecture skills
• 3+ years deep experience with LLMs, GPT models, or advanced ML systems
• Hands-on with MCP tools, agent frameworks, and RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or similar languages

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs
• Experience with distributed embeddings and high-throughput retrieval systems
• Prior leadership experience managing small to mid-size engineering teams
