Description

You will drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies for enterprise accounts, focusing on net new logos and relationship building. You'll partner with internal teams to deliver ARR targets and position Okta's identity platform as a critical business solution.

Requirements

  • 8+ years direct field sales experience developing net new logos for enterprise cloud software
  • Track record using partners and alliances to overachieve quota
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions in high-growth environments
  • Proven success closing six-figure cloud deals with enterprise prospects
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus

Responsibilities

  • Establish vision and plan for net new logo pipeline generation
  • Deliver ARR revenue targets supporting 40% YOY growth
  • Develop sales strategies to drive pipeline and predictable bookings
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities with Enterprise accounts
  • Champion Okta at sales presentations, site visits, and product demos
