Requirements

• Strong professional background developing real-world Android apps
• Excellent programming skills in Kotlin or Java with understanding of algorithms, data structures, and thread-safe programming
• Deep understanding of the Android ecosystem and community
• Proficient in English communication and collaboration
• Nice to have: experience in IDE or tool development

Responsibilities

• Improve Android tooling for Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose inside IntelliJ IDEA and Android Studio
• Help make the Android plugin available for IntelliJ IDEA
• Write high-quality code and documentation
• Maintain quality through code reviews and improving test automation
• Participate actively in team discussions, decisions, and planning sessions
