You will ensure that Ripple's leaders and employees remain current on industry trends and market developments. You'll synthesize diverse perspectives to develop high-impact insights that drive strategy, product roadmap, and partnerships. You'll deliver executive-ready briefings and collaborate across teams to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of work experience in market intelligence and industry research, ideally in crypto, FinTech, or financial services
• Strong interest in digital assets and crypto markets with familiarity in institutional finance and blockchain
• Ability to develop rigorous, evidence-based research incorporating business and financial analysis
• Elite communication and presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Robust industry connections and visible presence on crypto community channels like X, Discord, Telegram, Reddit

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology, regulatory, and business perspectives to develop high-impact insights
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to uncover strategic opportunities and threats
• Proactively identify and monitor industry developments, flagging high-priority shifts to leadership
• Deliver executive-ready briefings and strategic reports to senior leadership team including CEO
• Partner with product, marketing, regulatory, and corporate development teams to translate insights into actionable strategies
