Description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AppsFlyer, you'll lead recruiting for GTM roles, partner with stakeholders, champion candidate experience, and leverage data and AI tools to connect talent with growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years recruiting experience, including GTM roles in hi-tech companies
• Experience in global recruiting, especially APAC market
• Proven experience in sourcing and behavioral interviews
• Ability to influence stakeholders with data insights
• Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for Go-To-Market roles (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing)
• Partner with stakeholders as trusted advisor on hiring
• Champion exceptional candidate experience
• Data-driven recruiting with AI augmentation
• Source and build talent pipelines
