💼 About This Role

You'll build and mature the data platform for a healthcare startup reimagining care for people with serious mental illness. Your work will directly empower community-based care teams to provide compassionate support. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational data capabilities from scratch and own projects end-to-end.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build cloud-based data infrastructure with a focus on scale and cost.
• Automate data flows with monitoring, alerting, and data quality tests.
• Build interfaces for exposing data and processing to end users and systems.
• Design and implement production-grade ML/AI infrastructure and deploy models.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data, ML, or back-end engineering.
• Advanced Python skills.
• Databricks and Spark experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with analytical data stores like Delta Lake, Snowflake, or BigQuery.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with healthcare data.
• Experience with Terraform or Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Experience in highly-regulated environments.
