Description

You will manage a panel of patients in a primary care setting, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits both in-person and via telehealth. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and supervise NP or PA colleagues, with opportunities for continuous learning and in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• At least 2 of last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• State licensed in California
• Passion for human-centered primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Conduct in-office and telehealth visits
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
• Collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
