You'll partner with enterprise clients to design and implement AI agent experiences using Firsthand's Brand Agent Platform. You will bridge client goals with technical solutions and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI in marketing. This role blends business acumen, technical fluency, and client service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide new clients through onboarding and solution design
• Manage end-to-end build of Firsthand AI agents
• Design and run AI experiments to demonstrate agent effectiveness
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in ad tech, martech, or SaaS startup
• Experience with SQL and troubleshooting network traffic
• Ability to toggle between technical details and strategic narratives
• Comfortable with slide decks, spreadsheets, and data dashboards
