💼 About This Role

You'll lead assortment planning and category strategy for Poppy & Peonies' handbags and accessories. You'll analyze product performance to drive growth and shape the product direction with Design and Creative teams. This role offers the chance to influence a growing brand's expansion into new categories.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead assortment planning and category strategy across product portfolio.
• Analyze product performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Design and Creative team to shape product direction.
• Monitor handbag and accessories market trends to inform decisions.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in merchandising or product strategy in handbag industry.
• Direct experience in handbag or accessories buying/merchandising.
• Highly trend-aware with deep knowledge of handbag and accessories market.
• Strong business judgment to influence product direction.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience within consumer brands, fashion, or DTC e-commerce.
• Familiarity with pricing and positioning strategies.
