You'll jump-start your LPN career through BAYADA's paid Nurse Residency Program, building real-world experience and confidence from day one. You'll support clients across Minneapolis and surrounding areas with flexible shifts and 24/7 clinical mentorship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in home settings
• Document patient care using electronic charting systems
• Collaborate with clinical mentors and care team members

📋 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Minnesota
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Willingness to work full-time (36+ hours/week)

• Pending licensure with NCLEX exam date
