💼 About This Role

You'll join our team supporting a large federal agency's legal mission. You'll perform searches and analyze result sets to separate responsive from non-responsive documents and screen for privilege or FOIA exemptions. This role offers hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools like Nuix and Relativity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct searches and analyze result sets for responsiveness.
• Redact and code responsive documents.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Screen documents for privilege or FOIA exemptions.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, JD, or at least one year of ABA-accredited law school.
• At least one year of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience with FOIA request processing and rules.
• Proficiency with legal research tools like LEXIS and Westlaw.

✨ Nice to Have

• Two years experience with Nuix Investigate for document review.
• Two years experience processing FOIA requests for Federal agencies.
• Fluency in statutory and regulatory guidelines for FOIA responses.
