You'll lead DREAM's social-emotional learning program at Highbridge Elementary School, driving positive school culture for staff, families, and students. Your core impact includes designing SEL curriculum and coaching teachers to improve student outcomes. This role stands out as part of a growing charter school network expanding to serve 3,500 students.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise SEL Specialists and Family Engagement Managers
• Design and lead positive culture initiatives and systems
• Execute SEL curriculum in Advisory, Homeroom, and intervention
• Drive SEL data systems for continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or youth development
• 5+ years working with youth, families, and teachers
• 2+ years managing full-time teams to outcomes
• Experience leading professional development in various settings
