- Manage a customer contact operations function focused on inbound call processing
- Promote continuous improvement through operational interactions and assessments

- Lead staff management, development, motivation, and counseling
📋 Requirements
- Five years progressive customer service experience as a call center supervisor
- Management experience in a 24x7 call center preferred
- SPOK and Avaya platform experience preferred
- On-site work at Bethesda, MD
