💼 About This Role

You'll drive national growth by securing new retail partnerships in the convenience store channel across the Southwest/Desert Region. You'll serve as the frontline brand ambassador and own the initial sales cycle, reporting to the Director of Sales. This field-based role requires 90-100% travel within CA, NV, NM, and AZ.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Director of Sales to identify high-potential regions for new accounts.
• Secure new retail partnerships, focusing on independent and small-chain convenience stores.
• Open accounts with excellent merchandising as a frontline brand ambassador.
• Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and competitive insights.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of CPG sales experience with knowledge of DSD systems and convenience retail.
• Proven track record of success in field sales within the convenience retail space.
• Exceptional at building relationships quickly with store owners, distributor reps, and partners.
• Comfortable working independently and traveling 90-100% across the Southwest/Desert Region.
