Description
You will lead cross-functional initiatives for Agoda's Travel Distribution team, driving strategic projects to grow performance partner portfolios. This role involves ideating, scoping, and implementing new commercial programs and operational processes while collaborating with account management and stakeholders across tech, finance, supply, marketing, and legal teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading cross-functional strategy or program initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with data manipulation tools
- Critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management
- Independent and self-driven
Responsibilities
- Ideate and implement new initiatives to grow Travel Distribution business
- Build business cases for commercial initiatives and product features
- Optimize revenue through distribution and pricing experiments
- Enable account management teams with tools, documentation, and processes
- Manage credit risk and control frameworks with stakeholders
