🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise post-harvest leads and technicians
• Manage dry room and flower storage procedures
• Coordinate product transition from grow rooms to packaging
• Maintain accurate WIP inventory and perform counts

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of cannabis experience in growing or post-harvest processing
• 3 years of progressive leadership responsibility
• Experience in Excel and data collection
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
