Description

You will partner with product stakeholders to measure feature impact, conduct deep-dive analyses including A/B experiments and statistical modeling, and create data-driven insights that improve the home buying and selling experience. You'll also identify opportunities and size potential product changes to support company OKRs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience
• Strong technical skills with ability to translate data into cohesive stories
• Experience with A/B experimentation design and measurement
• Ability to present findings to stakeholders
• Experience in consumer services, business, or technology background

Responsibilities

• Deliver business performance reporting, visualization, and analysis for cross-functional stakeholders
• Perform deep-dive analyses using A/B experimentation and statistical modeling on consumer product performance
• Conduct opportunity identification and sizing for product enrichment and goal setting
• Partner with product stakeholders to unlock opportunities and improve data platform capabilities
• Analyze Net Promoter Score drivers and recommend actionable paths for improvement
