You'll lead late-stage drug development programs for a global pharmaceutical company in oncology and rare diseases. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end execution of late-stage pharmaceutical development programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, managing change control processes.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or drug development environments.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related scientific field.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.

• Exposure to Phases I–III drug development.
• Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management tools.
