You'll serve as the critical liaison between Product Management and Engineering, defining the "how" and "when" for a workforce management SaaS product. Your primary mission is to ensure the squad delivers maximum value through every phase of development. This role offers the chance to drive digital transformation for top U.S. companies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define Epics and Stories with the squad.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, standups, reviews.
• Track sprint and release plans, communicate progress to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Process Transformation experience streamlining internal business processes.
• Proven Cross-Functional Collaboration with technical owners on Agile squads.
• Stakeholder Management skills with product managers, architects, security teams.
• Deep practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
