Description

You will support full-cycle recruitment for two portfolio companies, coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to employer branding. This hybrid role requires in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for two portfolio companies (~300 employees)
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate logistics, and maintain pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Review resumes and track candidate progress and documentation
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings for junior-level roles
• Collaborate with external staffing agencies and support recruiting initiatives
