You'll manage 1 to 4 Tech Leads, ensuring code quality and delivery while contributing to business development with clients. You'll be supported by the CTO and Lean management training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and develop 1-4 Tech Leads
• Guarantee code quality and architectural robustness
• Participate in strategic client discussions and pre-sales
• Contribute to business development and identify opportunities

📋 Requirements

• At least 8 years of technical team management experience
• Ability to unblock Tech Leads on complex technical challenges
• Experience leading high-performing teams
• Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
