💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale a high-performing SDR team from the ground up at a fast-moving SaaS company. Your core impact is defining world-class sales development processes and driving pipeline generation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll create the playbook and work in-office five days a week in San Francisco.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of SDRs for outbound and inbound pipeline generation.
  • Establish and uphold performance expectations, KPIs, and outreach best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and campaign strategies.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in SDR performance.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with management of SDRs.
  • Proven ability to coach and scale an SDR team toward aggressive pipeline goals.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing metrics like meetings booked and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with modern sales stacks (CRM, engagement tools, analytics platforms).
