Description

You will architect and build high-availability services for institutional banking and crypto at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. You'll lead development of the SoFi Exchange Network, own the full product lifecycle, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 8+ years of programming experience
• 6+ years in modern stack technologies (Kotlin, Spring, Elixir, PostgreSQL or similar)
• Deep understanding of relational databases
• Experience architecting distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Architect and build highly available, scalable services for institutional banking, crypto investing, transfers, and settlement
• Bridge fiat and digital asset ecosystems for seamless institutional client management
• Collaborate with Product and Business on requirements and design solutions
• Lead and mentor engineers, shaping technical culture
• Own project lifecycle from inception to deployment ensuring security and performance
