Description

As a SpaceX recruiter, you will run a full desk focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical positions. You'll represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm, collaborate with client groups, and manage the candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years recruiting experience, or associate degree and 2+ years, or 3+ years in lieu of degree
• Available to work extended hours and weekends
• On-site full-time required
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy, and feedback
• Screen candidates and source passive candidates
• Coordinate candidate tours and on-site interviews
• Conduct offer process including background checks, negotiations, and offer letters
• Act as a partner to clients and manage talent pipeline
