You'll partner with Deel's White Label go-to-market team to showcase the value of the White Label platform and translate complex client needs into scalable solutions. Your core impact will be driving technical wins throughout the sales cycle. This role offers a chance to work at the forefront of global payroll and HR innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct product demos and integration workshops for prospective clients
• Respond to RFPs and manage solution discovery
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to advocate for prospect needs
• Support partnership and marketing initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years as a Solutions Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant
• Experience with White Label or HCM organisations
• Knowledge of HCM/ERP payroll integrations (Workday, SuccessFactors)
• Willingness to travel ~10% or less
