You will guide a team of Operations Associates in resolving user issues, managing operational performance, and improving processes related to compliance and user verification. You'll foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentor team members, and drive initiatives to keep the team engaged.

• Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback
• Ability to deliver weekly/monthly business metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
