Description

You'll be the first face guests see, setting the tone for an exceptional farm-to-table dining experience. You'll greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with front-of-house operations in a fast-paced Napa Valley restaurant.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Host experience in a fast-paced restaurant
• Proficiency in SevenRooms or similar reservation system
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handlers and RBS certification
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly
• Manage reservations and walk-in traffic using SevenRooms
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain communication with kitchen, management, and servers
• Inspect dining areas for cleanliness and proper setup
