You'll manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, ensuring operational success by handling complex program schedules and contracts. You'll act as the primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local station departments, coordinating data across broadcasting platforms. This role offers a fully remote work environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases.
• Act as primary point of contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external listings services.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating between management and station departments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with syndication contracts and monitoring program usage.
• Familiarity with FCC Quarterly Issues data requirements.
