You'll provide first-line support for NATO's communication systems, ensuring 24/7 uptime for critical applications like SITAWARE and JCHAT. Your rapid response and troubleshooting will directly support mission operations in a dynamic IT environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first level support and troubleshooting for LDOC Systems.
• Respond to LC2IS, NCOP, LOGFAS incidents within 30 minutes.
• Support Cisco WebEx, MS Teams for digital/hybrid events.
• Provide end user device support for workstations and printers.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years post-related experience with higher vocational training.
• 3 years general experience in system administration (Windows Server, Active Directory).
• Practical experience diagnosing network deficiencies and equipment.
• Valid NATO Secret security clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UHF TACSAT radio systems.
• Knowledge of NNMS network management.
• Familiarity with NATO-specific tools like LOGFAS or TOPFAS.
