Description

In this role, you will serve as a technical and functional owner of NetSuite, designing and scaling solutions for Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes. You'll partner with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations to enable accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with NetSuite ERP environments
• Strong hands-on experience supporting O2C and R2R processes
• Expert in NetSuite GL, AR, AP, Revenue Management, and Billing
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (2.x preferred), SuiteFlow, and Saved Searches
• Experience with revenue recognition (ASC 606), multi-entity and intercompany accounting

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical and functional lead for NetSuite, owning design decisions and best practices across O2C and R2R
• Configure and optimize billing schedules, invoice automation, and credit memo workflows
• Design and enhance month-end and quarter-end close workflows, journal entry automation, and reconciliations
• Develop SuiteScript, SuiteFlow workflows, and saved searches to optimize system performance
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explaining configurations
