You'll join our Pre Sales team to optimize customer data sets and support clients in their loan application process. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and complete customer data sets via outbound calls
• Support customers in data entry to facilitate loan applications
• Forward customer inquiries to credit specialists for thorough advice
• Participate in process improvement and quality management

📋 Requirements

• First professional experience in direct customer contact, ideally over phone
• Native-level German proficiency
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliability and good time management
