💼 About This Role

You'll own and manage complex technical projects for Tanium, ensuring customers derive maximum value from our IT platform. You'll act as a link between Tanium Account Teams and customer teams, driving integration of Tanium into business processes. This role combines technical project management with customer advocacy for a leading autonomous IT company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and manage complex technical projects with multiple dependencies
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Perform critical path analysis and develop risk mitigation plans
• Track and report project health, implementing get-well plans

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or similar leadership role
• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
• Track record of managing long-term, multi-million dollar implementations
• Familiarity with network architectures and database concepts

✨ Nice to Have

• Network/Cyber operations or Service Management background
• Consulting or Customer Success experience
• Ability to translate customer priorities into solution options using Tanium
