💼 About This Role

You'll build and automate operations for Seetch, a startup offering full-time contracts to VTC drivers. You'll drive growth and sales to scale from zero to 1,000 drivers, with the backing of the Heetch group.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate onboarding, payroll, and customer service workflows
• Identify and test new channels for driver acquisition
• Improve sales pitch and create scripts for driver recruitment
• Develop partnerships and offers to increase driver value

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program
• Autonomous and solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient with digital tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Excel)
