You'll lead the engineering team for a 930,000 sq ft Class A high-rise in Denver, ensuring 100% uptime of all building systems. You'll oversee operations, budgets, and staff to maintain asset value and tenant satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain annual repair maintenance budget and capital plans
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with codes
• Manage engineering team: assign work, schedules, staff development

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in operating MEP systems in commercial property
• Universal CFC certification required
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
