💼 About This Role

You'll join CGS to administer Microsoft SQL Server environments for government clients. You'll migrate databases from SQL Server 2012 to 2016 and ensure high availability through replication and backup/recovery. This role offers the chance to contribute to impactful government innovation projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft SQL Server including replication and backup/recovery
• Migrate databases from SQL Server 2012 to 2016
• Monitor and tune SQL Server performance
• Support virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of SQL Server DBA experience
• Experience with VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V
• Knowledge of SDLC and source/change control
• Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS RDS for PostgreSQL
• Experience with cloud environments like Azure or AWS
• Prior federal consulting experience
