🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale a high-performing local team
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Germany
• Manage performance KPIs and sales funnel
• Establish partnerships with strategic salon chains

📋 Requirements

• Proven B2B leadership experience in SaaS, digital sales, or online marketplace
• Experience leading all commercial functions: pre-sales, inside sales, BD, account management
• Track record of building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data

• Experience in beauty or wellness industry
• Multilingual: German and English fluent
