You'll deliver new product capabilities across the OpenGov platform, working across the full stack from database models to UI components. You'll own features end-to-end and use AI-assisted development tools daily. You'll build AI-powered product features for government agencies and help establish practices for effective AI-driven engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences
• Own features end-to-end: collaborate, build, ship, and monitor
• Build AI-powered product features like agents and intelligent UX
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding and debugging

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience building scalable software
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React)
• Experience building heavily utilized enterprise SaaS software
• Experience building AI-powered product features (agents, AI-driven UX, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers
• Track record of experimenting with new AI tools
• Previous work in govtech, fintech, or regulated SaaS
