Description

You will handle deal negotiations for creative production projects across Asia-Pacific, clear international marketing campaigns, and provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders. Working with a global legal team, you'll ensure compliance and support the business as it scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in similar role, ideally in-house
• Qualified lawyer in good standing in a qualified jurisdiction
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Hands-on experience with digital advertising, technology, content, contract and commercial law, and copyright
• Experience in privacy, IP, HR, or corporate law is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review MSAs, Statements of Work, RfPs, NDAs, and third-party agreements
• Join negotiations with internal teams and clients on commercial contracts
• Provide legal support on compliance and clearance for projects and campaigns in APAC
• Create, update, and roll out contract policies and legal strategies
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes in APAC markets and advise accordingly
