You'll join a small, fast-moving team building a new AI-native hospital information system from scratch. Core impact: design fault-tolerant infrastructure for real-time patient data in mission-critical settings. This role offers the chance to tackle the hardest technical problems in healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement cloud-native architecture with Elixir
• Develop a fine-grained access control system for clinical data
• Build infrastructure for rolling deployments and real-time data sync
• Create an integration engine connecting medical devices and software

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Proficiency in object-oriented and functional programming
• Experience building 0-to-1 products with strong product sense
• Familiarity with open-source technology and adopting new solutions

• Knowledge of Elixir or Erlang
